Cancellation Charges

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the booking/event date will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.
• Cancellations made 10 to 14 days prior will incur a 20% charge of the total amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking/event date are not eligible for any refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations & Rescheduling

• In case of cancellations due to adverse weather, participants may reschedule up to 3 times, subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% deduction of the booking amount will apply.

Rescheduling Policy

• All rescheduling requests must be made in advance and depend on slot availability.
• No rescheduling or cancellation requests will be accepted after the booking date has passed.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or through the official booking platform.
